Add new members via email

If you’re an Admin, here’s how you can invite a new member via email:

  1. Click Admin console at the bottom of the lefthand navigation.

  2. Click on Members in the lefthand navigation.

  3. Click the Invite member button on the right side of the page.

  4. Enter the person’s email address.

  5. Choose which role you want them to have.

  6. Click Invite member to send the invitation to their email.

Assign new members to groups

If you're an Admin, you can also optionally assign new members to groups before you send the invite. Here’s how:

  1. Enter the email address of the member(s) you’d like to invite.

  2. Assign them to one or more groups.

  3. Choose which role you want them to have.

  4. Click Invite member to send your invitation.

Specify allowed domains and enable auto-joining

If you're using Rewatch at your company, you can make it easy for anyone with an email address from an approved domain to join your channel. Here's how:

  1. Click the Admin console link at the bottom of the lefthand navigation.

  2. Click on the Channel settings link in the lefthand navigation.

  3. Scroll down to “Allowed email domain.”

  4. Enter your team’s email domain without the @ symbol.

  5. Click Save to allow sign with your work email.

Anyone with an email address at that domain will be able to join your channel using the link: yourchannelhere.rewatch.com/join

If you have multiple domains, enter them with a comma separator.
