Sync your team's Zoom cloud recordings to Rewatch

Enable your entire team to import recordings and sync meetings from Zoom.

If you’re an Admin, you can connect your team's Zoom Pro, Business, or Enterprise account to Rewatch. Once connected, you can easily import existing cloud recordings and automatically sync upcoming Zoom Meetings.

Members of your channel will also have the ability to import their personal Zoom cloud recordings and sync upcoming meetings that they're hosting.

Connect your team's Zoom account to Rewatch

If you’re an Admin in Rewatch, here’s how you can connect to your team's Zoom Pro, Business, or Enterprise account:

  1. Click the Admin console link at the bottom of the lefthand navigation.

  2. Click the Integrations tab in the lefthand navigation.

  3. Click Connect for the Zoom integration.

  4. Follow the instructions provided by Zoom.

[Admin] Sync an upcoming Zoom Meeting

Once you've connected your team's Zoom account to Rewatch, you can sync upcoming Zoom Meetings for your entire channel. The cloud recording will automatically be uploaded to Rewatch after the meeting ends.

If you’re an Admin in Rewatch, here’s how you can sync a meeting:

  1. Click the Admin console link at the bottom of the lefthand navigation.

  2. Click on the Synced meetings tab in the lefthand navigation.

  3. Click Sync next to the meeting you want automatically uploaded to Rewatch.

If you’re a Member of Rewatch and an Admin has enabled the Zoom integration for your team, here’s how you can sync your Zoom Meetings:

  1. Navigate to the Synced meetings tab in the left-hand sidebar.

  2. Click Sync next to the meeting you want automatically uploaded to Rewatch.

  3. On the next page, you can customize the details for your synced meeting, including its title, description, viewer permissions, and recording settings.

If you’re an Admin, here’s how you can edit a synced meeting:

  1. Click the Admin console link at the bottom of the lefthand navigation.

  2. Click on the Synced meetings tab in the lefthand navigation.

  3. Click Edit next to the meeting you'd like to update.

  4. Make any changes and click Save once you’re ready.

If you’re a Member of Rewatch and an Admin has enabled the Zoom integration for your team, here’s how you can edit a synced meeting:

  1. Click on the Synced meetings tab in the left-hand sidebar.

  2. Click Edit next to the meeting you'd like to update.

  3. Make any changes and click Save once you’re ready.

Uninstall the Rewatch app from your Zoom account

Here’s how you can uninstall the Rewatch app from your Zoom account:

  1. Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.

  2. Click Manage > Installed Apps. Or, search for the Rewatch app.

  3. Click the Rewatch app.

  4. Click Uninstall.
