Sync your Zoom cloud recordings

If you’re an Admin you can connect your Zoom Pro, Business, or Enterprise plan’s cloud recordings to any collection and have them automatically organized and transcribed. This will also allow your channel’s members to also sync and import their own recordings from Zoom.

Connecting to your Zoom account

If you’re an Admin, here’s how you can connect to your Zoom Pro, Business, or Enterprise account:

  1. Click the Admin link in the application header at the top of the page.
  2. Click on the Integrations link in the lefthand navigation.
  3. Click the Connect next to the Zoom integration in the list.
  4. Follow the instructions provided by Zoom.

Syncing a Zoom Meeting or Webinar ID

With a connected Zoom account, you can sync a Meeting or Webinar ID to have your cloud recording automatically organized and transcribed after each meeting ends.

If you’re an Admin, here’s how you can sync a Meeting or Webinar ID:

  1. Click the Admin link in the application header at the top of the page.
  2. Click on the Integrations link in the lefthand navigation.
  3. Click the Connect button next to the Zoom integration in the list.
  4. Enter a Zoom Meeting or Webinar ID
  5. Click Add
  6. On the syc details page, you can enter in the details and choose a collection to automatically add recordings to.
  7. Once you’re ready, click Save to sync the meeting

(Members) Syncing a Zoom Meeting or Webinar ID

If you’re an Member and the Zoom integration has been enabled by an Admin, here’s how you can sync a Meeting or Webinar ID:

  1. Click on the Synced meetings link in the right-hand sidebar.
  2. From the list of your upcoming meetings, click the Sync button next to the meeting you want to sync.
  3. On the syc details page, you can enter in the details and choose a collection to automatically add recordings to.
  4. Once you’re ready, click Save to sync the meeting.

If you’re an Admin, here’s how you can sync a Meeting ID:

  1. Click the Admin link in the application header at the top of the page.
  2. Click on the Integrations link in the lefthand navigation.
  3. Click the Configure button next to the Zoom integration.
  4. Find the meeting you want to edit from the list and click Edit
  5. Make any changes and click Save once you’re ready.

If you’re an Member and the Zoom integration has been enabled by an Admin, here’s how you can sync a Meeting or Webinar ID:

  1. Click on the Synced meetings link in the right-hand sidbar.
  2. Find the meeting sync you want to edit in the list of your meetings.
  3. Click on the gear icon to the right of the meeting listing.
  4. From the dropdown options, click Edit sync
  5. Make any changes and click Save once you’re ready.

Uninstalling the Rewatch add-on from your Zoom account

Here’s how you can uninstall the Rewatch add-on from your Zoom account:

  1. Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
  2. Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the Rewatch app.
  3. Click the Rewatch app.
  4. Click Uninstall
