Rewatch provides two options for integrating with Google Calendar:
Connect Google Calendar for your entire team (admins only)
Connect Google Calendar for yourself only
Here’s how to connect your Google Calendar to Rewatch:
Navigate to the Meetings tab in the lefthand menu.
Click the Connect now button for Google Calendar.
Select the account whose calendar you want to connect.
Confirm that you want to give Rewatch access to your calendar. Rewatch will request the following permissions for your account: email, profile, calendar.readonly
Connect Google Calendar for your team
If you’re an Admin, you can automatically connect Google Calendar for all members of your channel. To do this, you must also be a Google Workspace Administrator.
Here’s how you can set up the Google Calendar integration:
Navigate to the Admin console at the bottom of the left-hand navigation.
Click on the
Integrations
tab on the left-hand side.Click
Connect for all members
for the Google Calendar integration.Follow the instructions on the page to add Rewatch as a trusted app in your Google Workspace.
Check the box for
Enable the Google Calendar integration for this channel
.Click
Save changes
.
Disconnect your calendar
If you no longer want to sync your meetings, here's how to disconnect your calendar:
Click on your profile in the top left corner.
Navigate to the Integrations tab.
Click the “Disconnect” button under Google Calendar.
