Rewatch channels integrated with a Zoom Business or Enterprise account have the ability to enable Zoom specific transcripts that automatically include speaker names. This will save your team from having to manually adjust speaker names after a video is imported.
To enable Zoom transcripts
Visit the admin console on the left sidebar
Click integrations
Manage Zoom settings
Enable audio transcripts in Zoom & add timestamp to zoom recording
Please note: Zoom Pro accounts will not have this option and will need to upgrade their Zoom account to activate this feature.
