Set up push notifications
Push notifications help you stay on top of what’s happening in your channel.
By enabling push notifications, you’ll automatically get notified whenever you’re tagged or mentioned in a video, when there’s new activity or updates to your videos, and when someone adds a new video in a collection you’ve subscribed to.
You can also customize your notification settings and manage whether you want to receive them via mobile push and/or email. To customize your notification settings, go to Personal settings
→ Notifications
in your mobile or desktop browser.
Record your camera with the mobile app
With the mobile app, you can record videos on the go and upload them directly to your channel in Rewatch.
Record your camera with the iOS app
Here's how to record your camera with Rewatch for iOS:
Open the Rewatch app on your iPhone or iPad.
Hit the
Record
tab in the bottom navigation.Select
Record camera
.Hit the red button to start recording.
Hit the same button to stop recording.
After you've finished recording, you can replay your recording and decide whether you'd like to discard your video, re-record it, or continue to upload it to Rewatch.
Record your camera with the Android app
Here's how to record your camera with Rewatch for Android:
Open the Rewatch app on your Android device.
Hit the
Record
tab in the bottom navigation.Hit the red button to start recording.
Hit the same button to stop recording.
After you've finished recording, you can decide whether you'd like to discard your video, save it as a draft, or share it to your channel in Rewatch.
Record your screen with the mobile app
With Rewatch for iOS, you can also record your screen. Coming soon to Android.
Here's how to record your screen with Rewatch for iOS:
Open the Rewatch app on your iPhone or iPad.
Hit the
Record
tab in the bottom navigation.Select
Record screen
.Enable your microphone if you'd like to record audio
Click
Start broadcast
. The red bar in the left corner indicates you are recording.To stop recording, click the red bar and hit
Stop
when prompted.
After you've finished recording, you can replay your recording and customize your video's details, including its title and visibility, before uploading it to Rewatch.
Tip: To avoid unwanted disruptions, turn on Do not disturb
from your iPhone or iPad's Access Control Center before you start recording.

What you can do in our mobile app
Explore: Access your channel’s collections and recent videos.
Notifications: See new activity on your videos or videos you're tagged in.
Record: Record a new video with your phone or tablet camera, or upload a video.
Queue: See videos you’ve saved to watch later.
Me: Review your uploads, drafts, and videos you’ve liked.
What else can you do? You can also collaborate with your team by highlighting your videos, adding or responding to comments, and @mentioning teammates.
Some actions are only available on the web
Our mobile app doesn’t support the following actions. You’ll have to log in on your mobile or desktop browser to:
Create a new collection or subscribe to an existing collection.
Edit video details, see video analytics, or share videos to the web.
Access the admin console or change any channel settings.
Change your account information (photo, name, email address, etc.).
