If you’re an Admin, you can connect your company's Google Drive to Rewatch. Once connected, your team can easily import existing Google Meet recordings and sync their upcoming Google Meet meetings to Rewatch.

[Admin] Connect Google Drive to your channel

If you’re an Admin, here’s how you can set up the Google Drive integration:

  1. Navigate to the Admin console at the bottom of the left-hand navigation.

  2. Click on the Integrations tab on the left-hand side.

  3. Click Connect for the Google Drive integration.

  4. Follow the instructions on the page to add Rewatch as a trusted app in your Google Workspace.

  5. Check the box for Enable the Google Drive integration for this channel.

  6. Click Save changes.

If the Google Drive integration has been set up by an Admin, here’s how you can connect Google Drive to your account:

  1. Click the Synced meetings tab in the left-hand navigation.

  2. Click on the Google Meet tab if you also have the Zoom integration enabled.

  3. Click Connect and follow the instructions to connect Google Drive.

[Admin/member] Import videos from Google Drive

If the Google Drive integration has been enabled, here’s how you can import videos and meeting recordings from your Google Drive:

  1. Click the Import videos button in the left-hand navigation.

  2. Hit the Google button from the list of options.

  3. Select the video files that you'd like to import to Rewatch.

[Admin/member] Sync an upcoming Google Meet meeting

If the Google Drive integration has been enabled, here’s how you can sync an upcoming Google Meet meeting:

  1. Navigate to the Synced meetings tab in the lefthand navigation.

  2. Select the Google Meet tab if you also have the Zoom integration enabled.

  3. Click Add meeting and copy over your meeting's name and meeting ID.

  4. Click Next: Setup syncing.

  5. Update your meeting's details and hit Save once you're finished.

Note: The title and meeting ID must exactly match the Google Calendar event.

[Admin] Edit a Google Meet meeting that you've already synced

If you’re an Admin, here’s how you can edit a synced meeting:

  1. Click the Admin console link at the bottom of the lefthand navigation.

  2. Click on the Synced meetings tab in the lefthand navigation.

  3. Click on the Google Meet tab if you also have the Zoom integration enabled.

  4. Click Edit next to the meeting you'd like to update.

  5. Make any changes and click Save once you’re ready.

[Member] Edit a Google Meet meeting that you've already synced

If you’re a Member of Rewatch and an Admin has enabled the Google Drive integration for your team, here’s how you can edit a synced meeting:

  1. Click on the Synced meetings tab in the left-hand sidebar.

  2. Click on the Google Meet tab if you also have the Zoom integration enabled

  3. Click Edit next to the meeting you'd like to update.

  4. Make any changes and click Save once you’re ready.
